From a very young age, I enjoyed cooking and baking. Whether it was for a family member or friend, I always had to be involved in mixing the ingredients or taste-testing the tasty treat mom had prepared (even if it was just licking the spoon)! Today, that enthusiasm landed me with an opportunity to bless a well loved church member and make her a gluten-free Applesauce Cake on her birthday! I was so excited to get started! The lady I made this cake for is gluten-free, and since my parents are gluten-free, this was right up my alley! This Applesauce cake has been a family favorite for a while, so I was very happy to bake this treat for her!
